STUDENT INFORMATION
PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Visa
Students from other South-East Asian countries and from Germany who are interested
to participate in the program should contact the program administration
as soon as possible to clarify their individual visa requirements. The
staff will support you by getting the necessary documents.
Accommodation
VAWR and ITT will assist the students from outside Hanoi and abroad in finding a suitable
accommodation in Hanoi. The same refers to students who will go for one semester to Cologne.
Travel
The travel to Hanoi and Cologne has to be arranged by the student itself. Students have to take care to
arrive in time. Usually VAWR and ITT will arrange a pickup at the airport/train station/bus station.
Insurance
All student from outside Vietnam have to have a health insurance (same
applies to all students going for one or two semester to Germany).
